With over 40 years of boat and dock ownership experience, Boaters Lifeline understands how important it is to keep all of your equipment in top working condition. We offer a broad range of services designed to reduce the challenges of watercraft & dock ownership. Here are some of the benefits you will experience when joining our Dock Monitoring program.
- Boaters Lifeline physically checks your dock on a regular, scheduled basis. We keep your dock properly positioned and the ramp accessible year-round, provided dock movement is not restricted by cable lengths, anchor locations, vegetation (on land and submerged), or other limiting factors. Frequency of site visits and adjustments are primarily necessitated by changes in water levels, which may be as often as daily.
- Dock measurements, such as ramp length, shoreline and cable limits (and more), are stored in your dock profile in our proprietary computer application. Lake water levels are constantly updated in the system which, based on the data, trigger move alerts and schedule site visits. This insures your dock will always be accessible.
- All structures, floatation, watercraft, boat/PWC lifts, winches, cables, and electrical systems are routinely inspected for integrity. Any items requiring attention are reported immediately, potentially saving you enormous amounts of money by addressing problems before they become costly repairs.
- Price quotes are generated after a site visit has been performed by Boaters Lifeline. Contracts are available for 6 or 12 months. Discounts available for longer contracts. Payment may be done online thru Venmo.
Our services do not end there. To help deter theft or vandalism, Boaters Lifeline places two 14”x20” aluminum signs on your dock (with your permission), alerting others your dock is monitored by the professionals at Boaters Lifeline. Peace of mind is just an “OK” away!
