I wish we could have helped everyone over the years, but you can’t win ’em all. I do remember one particular shopper, new to boating, that was concerned about quality. “Do your boats sink very often?” she asked. “Heck no!” I replied. “Just once.”
. . . . . . I often wonder if she ever bought a boat.
